The Condition of our Products:
All the products on this website are original vintage pieces so no fake remakes or new reproductions. Our products are sometimes more than 50 years old, please keep in mind that these second hand items will show age related signs of use. In the description of our products we mention their condition. Below you can see what every condition comes down to:

With 3 pictures per item we try to be as clear as possible. However: if you would like to receive some additional images, don't hesitate contacting us.
Prices:
All prices on DesignLovers website are in Euro and exclude shipping costs. V.A.T. is included in every product price but will never be mentioned on invoices, because we sell second hand products (Margin Agreement). DesignLover has the right to change prices without prior notice.
Ordering:
When ordering products, your personal information will never be used for any other purposes than processing your order.
DesignLover updates the website frequently nevertheless it can happen that a product is already sold. We will try to minimalise this inconvenience.

Payment:
Payment is accepted through the following methods:

* Credit Card through PayPal
* Bank transfer
Shipping:
After receiving your payment we will send the item(s) within two working days. We use the transport service of TNT-Post. All orders will be wrapped thoroughly to avoid damagings during shipping. We will never charge you handling costs, we believe that it is our responsibility to make sure that your package is well wrapped. This way we try to prevent damagings due to transport.
You will receive a personal Track & Trace number with which you can follow your package during its complete journey. Here you will find the international Track & Trace website.
Shipping costs:
We ship worldwide, below you will find the costs per country.
When ordering through our Paypal system you will automaticaly be charged € 3 for shipping costs.
We will send you a Paypal request for the remaining shippingcosts (tariff below minus € 3) after receiving your order.
Zone 1: Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Spain, United Kingdom, Sweden
Zone 2: Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Greece, Norway, Turkey, Belarus, Switzerland
Zone 3: Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Morocco, New Zealand, Russia, United States
Returns and refunds:
With photo's and descriptions we are always very clear about our products. Nevertheless, if you are not happy with your purchase you can send back the item. We will refund the total amount of the purchased item(s). Shipping cost will never be refunded. This warranty period will last for 7 days and starts when you receive your product. Please contact us before returning the object. Under all circumstances the product should be in the same condition as when you bought the product. Returns by post are made at your risk. We recommend that you use an insured registered mail service as returns not received by us cannot be credited to you.
Product Liability:
The products of DesignLover are offered as much as possible in its original condition, so also many times with its original wiring. It can be that this does not come up (anymore) to the current safety standards. DesignLover is not responsible for any damage, which can result from this. The counterpart must check the material by himself and if there are doubts about safety he should let a professional (electrician) check the material.
DesignLover is never responsible for indirect damage.
